pulled all the players off 10 mins from end as the ref was well biast and wanted his team to win, although as no one from our team is interested in reffing the games i had no choice but to let one of their parents ref the game, and to be fair he did come over before the game and say hes not that well experienced at reffing but he was well biast for a friendly game, but i really should have let the game go on as next season we are going get this at most away games, what i should of done was called the players over calmed them all down and got on with it, my reaction to call them off was wrong and really i need to teach the boys, myself and parents not to get so aggrevated because next season the refs will be using yellow & red cards and if i dont sort the players and my attitude out we are going to end up losing players week in week out. I did go and speak to their ref and manager and some parents in the car park after the game and the ref did admit he was biast to a certain extent and he appolagised as did i appologise to him so we are all now back on freindly terms, which im glad of because before today we got on really well, but like i say we will all have to get you'st to refs being biast as unfortunately this is part of the game. I would also like to appologise to my players and parents for acting this way. i put the score down as 3-3 as i thought this was a fair reflection of the game the way i see it, and i have decided to award james man of the match for his hard work up and down the pitch attacking and defending.
