Pensilva FC 2010/11 Season

As many of you will be aware the club has changed the manager of both teams, Myself and Simon will be running the 1stteam and Dave and Dubbs are running the second team. Together our aim is to get the club stabilised and disciplined after 3 seasons of struggling at the foot of the table eventually leading to relegation and with many players owing money to the club through a lack of discipline
My personal aim as manager is to make it like a family club again with enjoyment on the pitch as well as off the pitch which involves everyone getting involved and being a part of it, this involves supporting events held by the club.
Both teams will be having two individual awards after each game (magic moment, barn door), one weekly award (club **** of the week) and the captain of both teams will be issuing match day fines with the money going towards drinks at the end of season. (any ideas for fines welcome)
Finally if we are happy and having fun off the pitch and in training we will have more fun on the pitch and play with more enjoyment which hopefully will bring good results.
